I purchassed a Stock ID:504926-111121200943 2000 Toyota RAV4 4WD X G packerge ACA21W ACA21-0035341 In the description of tradecarview it stated cd player radion. When I spoke with the dealer via tradecar view they also confirmed that sterio cd player included. The message is still there on tradecarview with the dealers response. When the car arrived there is no cd stereo in the vehicle. I contacted the dealer the last reponse from them was 'give us a day to find a solution) since then no reponse from them and its been almost 2 months. Very unhappy with your services. test

My experiences were mixed. While we had excellent service from ISL (Imperial Solutions Limited) and good service from Japan Nepal, A-Three Company was a total nightmare. The seller, Yukinori Tetsuo is dishonest and TradeCarView did not do enough to help just because we did not use Paytrade. It was our first time buying on Carview and we did not know our way around and the seller did not make using Paytrade automatic as ISL did. Honestly,we would consider using other companies before we use Tradecarview in any future transactions. They do not do enough to protect buyers from dishonest exporters using their website.

The seller Yamakatsu Co Ltd did me a nasty trick. They sold me a vehicle with tempered odometer and the vehicle was not in proper condition.

The quality of service is there but the only minor negative things is that tradecareview don't take the possibility that the bank transfert can take more day than they expected. The reason why the sell the first car i want to buy.

This is a suggestion to tradecarview. Seeing the NZ government has changed the emission laws as from Jan 1 this year. The 2 Digit letters of the vehicles model code are not allowed to be brought into NZ any more for example the likes of the TA UA GH vehicles. Only the 3 letter digit model codes are allowed into NZ now for example DBA NZL etc. It would be most helpful if the dealers on your website could include the full model code of the cars they are selling. Or even a picture of the manufacturers ID plate either stuck on the door pillar or the bulkhead of the vehicles they are selling. Regards Keith
